Ronan’s project was managing the painting of a world map mural on the wall of a high school in the Bronx. He and his fellow volunteers drew a grid on the wall and used a map kit to draw the countries. They then painted the map with different colors for each country. Afterwards they created an index with the names of the countries next to the map so it can be used for educational purposes such as geography contests.
